The Job Role

With further growth within the business, we have the opportunity for a Cloud business operations supervisor to join the team. We are looking for an energetic person who will be responsible for developing, delivery and optimisation of projects and activities across the business aligning to business objectives, strategies and quality. A cross business role which will combine process improvement, project delivery, quality control with hands-on activities and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining frameworks for internal processes and procedures
• Support personnel and departments in business objectives
• Operational supporting activities across the business
• Creating new and reviewing existing procedural documentation
• Working with the sales and product management team, supporting plans, gaining insights and feedback
• Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Oversee the implementation of new processes, technology and systems
• Carry out quality checks on transactional procedures and practices

Key Skills

• Previous experience with planning, project management and execution
• Awareness of compliance, quality management and operational business standard practices
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent using Microsoft Office Suite
• Goals and results-driven mindset
